Freshman living on campus have three meal plan options to choose from and are required to enroll. Meal Plans are chosen during the housing sign up process and automatically billed to tuition each semester.
How do I change or cancel my meal plan?
Changes can only be made through the first two weeks of each semester by sending an email to mocscard@utc.edu. You can only cancel your plan if you move out of housing or withdraw from the university within the first four weeks of the semester. **Refunds are based off usage, if a refund applies.
Meal Exchange is available on select meal plans. A meal exchange swipe gives you the ability to use one of your Crossroads Dining Hall Meal Swipes at approved locations for a $7.00 value. When your transaction is over $7.00, you can use Mocs Bucks, Credit/Debit, or Scrappy Cash to pay the remainder of the balance. The only campus dining locations the meal exchange is not accepted at is Starbucks and POD Markets. Meal Exchange swipes can only be used once per day.
Unused Meal Swipes expire at the end of every semester.
Unused Meal Exchange swipes expire at the end of each week.
Mocs Bucks will expire at the end of every semester.
