2021 - 2022 Resident Meal Plan Terms & Conditions:
  • Meal Plans and Mocs Bucks funds are non-refundable.
  • Unused meal swipes expire on the last day of the semester the plan is purchased.  
  • Mocs Bucks expire at the end of each semester.
  • All funds and plans purchased for use at Mocs Dining are for personal use of the owner of the account or plan only and are non-transferable. Meals may not be bought or sold, and meal plan holder must accompany guest when using guest meals. The Mocs Dining funds and plans cannot be used as a gift card or gift certificate.
  • Except otherwise expressly stated in these terms, all Mocs Dining funds and plans are non-refundable and will expire.
  • For plans purchased, block meals and any remaining Mocs Bucks and Meal Swipes will expire at the end of each semester.

2021 - 2022 Non-Resident Dining Membership Terms & Conditions:
  • The Member agrees to make full payment online at MocsDining.CampusDish.com.
  • Payment is only accepted in the form of a credit or debit card and is subject to Hamilton County sales tax equal to 9.25% of the total membership value.
  • All Dining Memberships will be activated 1 business day after purchase and loaded onto the Mocs ID card.
  • All funds and plans purchased for use at Mocs Dining are for personal use of the owner of the account or plan only and are non-transferable. Meals may not be bought or sold, and meal plan holder must accompany guest when using guest meals. The Mocs Dining funds and plans cannot be used as a gift card or gift certificate.

Refund Policy:

All meal plan purchases are considered to be final. If you have specific questions please contact the Mocs Dining office at mocsdining@utc.edu or (423) 425-4200. Meal Plans and Mocs Bucks funds are non-refundable. Unused Meal Plans expire on the last day of the semester. Mocs Bucks expire at the end of each semester.

Faculty & Staff Cancellation Policy:

Plans are nonrefundable unless you contact the dining office within 48 hours of purchase and haven’t used the plan.

Promotions:
Promotions are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash, gift cards, credit, or toward previous purchases.  Other exclusions may apply.  Void where prohibited.  Additional restrictions may apply.  Aramark reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion or offer at any time.  Refer to each Promotion’s respective materials for additional details, instructions, and requirements.
